    We are currently expanding our team and are seeking an AIS Coordinator/QA Specialist in Okinawa, Japan to provide support on the Marine Corps Logistics Command, Consolidated Storage Program (CSP).

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct research and analysis as required or directed by the Government LMS.
    • Assists the SSSM by providing the necessary research and analysis for first line support for CSP AIS users for the region assigned.
    • Handles trouble calls on various CSP AIS related issues and provide initial helpdesk response for CSP specific CSP AIS problems through procedures established by the SSSM.
    • Be able to analyze problems to advise the SSSM whether anomalies are attributable to system, network, or user error.
    • Routes problems as required to CSP PMO AIS support, CSP PMO support or G6 or network support.
    • Assists the SSSM in training users of the CSP WMIS and any other CSP AIS user functions.
    • Assists with warehouse data set up and confirms roles/functions within the WMIS and any other CSP AIS.
    • Verifies assets for the Y81 garrison property account for the CSP AIS and distributes assets to various locations within assigned region.
    • Participates as needed in all phases of implementation, enhancements, sustainment, and problem resolution with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.
    • Assists with data set up, training, and testing as needed.
    • Test processes within the WMIS and any other CSP AIS user functions.
    • Conducts local training to both CSP and 3PL users of any WMIS, such as DPASWM or GCSSMC, and any other CSP AIS.
    • Provide quality assurance support to the CSP as required.
    • Monitor and track all spare parts and usage data for the NDTE-AIS machines.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Business, Information Technology, etc.).
    • Possess a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Business, Technical Systems, Supply or Logistics, warehouse systems or; at least 8 years of related experience in any combination above.
    • Requires strong knowledge of technical systems such as DPAS-WM, GCSS-MC, USMC Supply Systems, and CSP Operations.
    • Must have ability to become an expert user of DPAS and any other CSP WMIS and any other CSP AIS.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in order to train new users in DPAS-WM and any other CSP WMIS and any other CSP AIS.
    • Must have basic computer skills and ability to assess computer/peripheral problems to either solve or elevate problem as required through appropriate support process.
    • At least 2 years of the relevant experience in technical systems such as DPAS-WM, GCSS-MC, Supply, Logistics, or warehouse Systems.
    • At least 2 years of QA experience in inventory or logistics management.
    • Should have a basic knowledge of USMC equipment data systems and data rules.
    • Prior military service a STRONG plus with USMC supply/logistics experience preferred.
    • Must have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Must have basic computer skills and ability to assess computer/peripheral problems to either solve or elevate problem as required through appropriate support process.
    • Ability to accurately assess problems and create viable solutions required.
    • Possess written and oral communications skills.
    • Possess excellent, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriately.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret Clearance.
