    We are currently expanding our team and are seeking an Administrative Specialist in Albany, GA to provide support on the Marine Corps Logistics Command, Consolidated Storage Program (CSP).

    Responsibilities

    • Manages and controls encrypted, controlled records of third-party logistics (3PL) providers’ personnel submitted for account establishment.
    • Submit roles requests and account requests for all CSP PMO approved personnel requiring access to any CSP WMIS or AIS applications using established guidelines.
    • Maintains specialized communication with internal and external points of contact, to include physical security managers, trusted agents, and 3PL managers and administrators.
    • Assists in the processing of SAARs and all required documentation for the requisite access credentials, assists with CAC processing, RAPID Gate processing, DD 254s, data mining, and schedules training events as required.
    • Tracks and controls scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments as assigned.
    • Maintain SharePoint lists, including those for reported problems or change requests.
    • Conducts research legacy and incumbent systems to develop and maintain roles between the systems.
    • Maintain repositories for Audit Readiness support requirements.

    Qualifications

    • 2-year degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Business, Information Technology, etc.).
    • Possess a minimum of 4 years of related experience in Business, Technical Systems, Supply or Logistics, warehouse systems or; at least 4 years of related experience in any combination above.
    • Must have at least 3 years of recent office experience and have demonstrated the ability to function independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Must have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook).
    • Must have basic computer skills and ability to assess computer/peripheral problems to either solve or elevate problem as required through appropriate support process.
    • Ability to accurately assess problems and create viable solutions required.
    • Must possess strong written and oral communications skills.
    • Must possess excellent, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriately.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret Clearance.
