    We are currently expanding our team and are seeking an Administrative Specialist in Albany, GA to provide support on the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC), Consolidated Storage Program (CSP).

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support and assistance to the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC), Logistics Support Management Center’s (LSMC) Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) Program Management Office (PMO) as an Administrative Specialist in support of government leadership.
    • Interfaces with CSP PMO government leadership and CSP customers as required.
    • Assists CSP PMO leadership in conducting research and analysis of local administrative support functions and provides recommendations for improvements of processes and procedures as appropriate.
    • Assists CSP PMO government leadership as required, to include, but not limited to, relevant MCLC, DoD, combined/joint projects and business activities to include IPTs, working groups, conferences, teleconferences, VTCs, briefings, etc.
    • Assists and/or prepares/presents briefings and presentation materials as required in support of the CSP PMO.
    • Conducts research and analysis, and assembles and disseminates reports, taskers, briefings and information as necessary to assist and support government leadership.
    • Maintains calendars for meetings/events, organizes and schedules rooms and events for CSP PMO.
    • Coordinates and provides assistance with trouble calls as necessary.
    • Tracks divisional training and maintains training records.
    • Serves as administrator for SharePoint.
    • Coordinates and assists as necessary for CACS.

    Qualifications

    • 2-year degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Business, Information Technology, etc.).
    • Possess a minimum of 4 years of related experience in Business, Technical Systems, Supply or Logistics, warehouse systems or; at least 4 years of related experience in any combination above.
    • Intermediate level skill in MS Suite required.
    • 2 years of experience in preparing medium to high level briefs/presentations.
    • Must have at least 3 years of recent office experience and have demonstrated the ability to function independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Must have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook).
    • Must have basic computer skills and ability to assess computer/peripheral problems to either solve or elevate problem as required through appropriate support process.
    • Ability to accurately assess problems and create viable solutions required.
    • Possess written and oral communications skills.
    • Possess excellent, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriately.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret Clearance.
