    We are currently seeking a Sr. Logistics Operations Analyst to provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to MARCORLOGOM, Weapon System Management Center (WSMC).  The Sr. Logistics Operations Analyst will provide technical and analytical expertise in support of WSMC's logistics operations. 



    • Develop recommendations for updates and/or modifications to WSMC’s business processes.
    • Develop metrics and reporting capabilities in addition to trend analyses.
    • Prepare reports on the performance of WSMC’s divisions.
    • Develop briefings, documents and other communications for senior management personnel.
    • Facilitate Integrated Process Team (IPT) meetings to include the development of agenda items, recording and tracking actions and generation of status reports.
    • Analyze the impact of new DoD, Navy and Marine Corps policy on MARCORLOGCOM and WSMC products and services.


    • Bachelor’s degree in management or a related area is preferred.
    • A minimum of three years of USMC Supply and Logistics Operations Analysis experience required.
    • Experience developing professional presentations and briefings and presenting to Senior Management personnel.
    • Experience supporting WSMC is preferred.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret Clearance.
