CBAIA is seeking a Sr. Analyst to provide support to US Marine Corps Logistics Command in support of MAAR-MMICR to fulfill a temporary position opportunity.
Validate and/or redesign logistics business processes for material accountability with improved policy, procedures and management controls.
Ensure readiness for mission critical assets by accomplishing FIAR Discovery, Corrective Action and Assertion/ Evaluation.
Works under the supervision of a more senior staff member to perform a variety of basic logistics functions. May perform analyses on complex projects.
Represent departments's interests in meeting the requirements set forth by the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Guidance.
Directly support the management team on the MAAR-MMICR contract.
Applies supply chain management-related analytical, technical, and problem-solving support to assist specific MARCORLOGCOM organizational elements.
Assist in analyzing, designing, developing, coordinating, and recommending best business practices and innovative approaches to enable the department to optimize its capabilities to meet FIAR requirements.
Communication of logistics and sustainment management-related priorities, requirements, timelines, and mission support needs to senior management and the team.
Serve as an essential element of shared situational awareness across the Command’s supply chain enterprise.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics management or related field and ten (10) years of experience is strongly preferred; to include US Marine Corps ground equipment logistics, sustainment planning and execution operations experience.
Experience with the following systems: Stock Control System (SCS), Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS), Total Life Cycle Management- Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST), Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS), MCLC SharePoint/ Share Point, Microsoft Outlook.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
