CBAI and Associates is seeking a Program Manager in Albany, GA to support  the Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) PMO.  The Program Manager will be the primary decision maker in all matters relating to the contract and is the direct interface between the support team and the CSP PMO.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of Contractor personnel located at over 50 global sites.
  • Manage global logistics covering at least 3 MEF regions, a $2 plus billion-dollar inventory, interagency/joint logistics, fund management, Information Technology/Automated Information Systems, etc.
  • Responsible for all Contractor personnel issues including but not limited to: personnel administration (regulatory and medical), dress code, safety, training, standards of conduct, CAC requirements, overseas personnel requirements (regulatory and medical), and areas related to the performance of this contract.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Supply Chain Management, or Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management). Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management, 4 years of demonstrated leadership, and at least 4 years of program management experience, or;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Supply Chain Management, or Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management). Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management, 5 years of demonstrated leadership, and at least 4 years of program management experience, or;
  • At least 15 years of experience in any combination of supply chain management, business management, information technology, project management, 10 years of demonstrated leadership, and at least 5 years of program management experience.
  • Experience in various facets of logistics and management, capable of exercising the flexibility often required when supporting Marine Operating Forces, or other authorized CSP customers.
  • Possess written and oral communications skills, to include public speaking.
  • Possess excellent supervision/management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret Clearance.
