CBAIA is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide support to the US Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) in Washington, DC.


  • Prepare integrated logistic plans, policy and procedures for logistic support; ensuring that proper logistic considerations are included in system development at each milestone; determining maintainability, reliability, and supportability requirements.
  • Analyze disparate data to provide data summaries and recommend improvements in policies, procedures and processes.
  • Collect logistic data, defined core problems, recommended resolutions, and present key information and thorough review of report data.
  • Extract and analyze: data reports (i.e. Fuel consumption, Vehicle utilization, and Maintenance Costs, etc.); life-cycle cost analysis reports; and data summaries from the Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) Fleet Focus.
  • Provide support in the formulation, preparation, and maintenance of technical documentation and program management functions.
  • Provide logistic analysis to support critical business decisions of the management team, such as cost savings and efficiencies for Transportation Services Fleet Manager.
  • Provide support for the bi-weekly Transportation Services Work Group meetings.
  • Prepare the required presentation materials, and take meeting minutes.
  • Draft and prepare the P-19R fielding and sustainment plan.


  • BA or BS degree in a related field preferred.
  • Must have 4 to 6 years’ experience providing logistic support for transportation services.
  • Must have experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the ability to provide predictive modeling based on statistical analyses.
  • Must be committed to high level of work standards, with knowledge of the US transportation fuel regulations and documentation, experience with DON Tracker, Automated Message Handling System and fuel management functions.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret Clearance.
