CBAIA is seeking a Supply Technician to provide receipt and delivery of supplies and equipment support to mobilizing and demobilizing troops at USPFO Warehouse in Watervliet, NY.
Operate the following Computer/Web Programs: Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS) Program, Mobility Inventory Control Accountability System (MICAS), Logistics Supply Activity (LOGSA), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DODAAC), Parts Tracker and Fed Log.
Ensure all incoming receipts are loaded to the warehouse inventory to include all classes of supply items.
Provide an accurate filing system of all incoming receipts in accordance with Army Record Information Management (ARIM).
Provide copies of all equipment received at the warehouse to the Stock Record Officer (SRO) for input into SARSS.
Maintain an Excel data base of all documents received.
Maintain an open document data base on open requisitions and utilize the LOGSA website to track status of incoming requisitions.
Maintain an Excel Spreadsheet with the running dollar value of all equipment received through the warehouse.
Maintain the Warehouse Management System which includes corrections that require Administrative Adjustment Report (AAR) adjustments.
Ensure the turn-in and material release orders are kept up to date in the automated system as equipment is turned-in (TI) and issued through the warehouse.
Maintain the accuracy of unit hand receipts as soldiers demobilize or return from theater utilizing Excel Spreadsheets and capturing TI information from the warehouse.
Provide the SRO with new Purchase Requisitions (PR) used to increase inventory in the warehouse.
Assess the Total Warehouse Inventory Document to report shortages of inventory, based on the incoming units.
Build a spreadsheet for annual inventory tracking as warehouse personnel complete inventories.
Validate inventory results against automated records. Research errors or irregularities and make AAR adjustments.
Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word
Knowledge of Jet Form 5.2 and Fed Log is highly desirable
Experience with the following Computer/Web Programs is preferred:
Central Issue Facility Installation Support Module (CIF-ISM)
Logistics Supply Activity (LOGSA)
Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW)
Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DODAAC)
