| Overview: |
CBAI & Associates is looking for an individual to conduct training classes in Micorsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2007, as well as basic computer skills training for the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx, New York. Possible expansion to other VA Medical Centers in the New York area.

| Responsibilities: |
Responsible for the development, delivery, administration, and marketing of computer training for employees of the VA Medical Centers in The Bronx, NY and other VA Medical Centers in the New York City area. Provides training in the following Microsoft Office 2007 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Will also develop and provide basic computer skills training for Microsoft Windows OS computer users. Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. Develops updates and maintains training and course documentation.

| Qualifications: |
Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 – 3 years experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 3 – 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2007 and general Windows Computer experience. Must have at least 1 year experience in training, 2 – 3 years desired, and be able to demonstrate effective training techniques. Microsoft Certified Application Specialist desired Bilingual English/Spanish desired
